Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage footwear and ordering process.
How do I determine my correct size for Truman Boots?
Most customers find that our boots run true to size on the Brannock device. We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size or a half-size down from your typical athletic sneaker size.
What is the typical lead time for a pair of boots?
For 'In-Stock' items, orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For 'Made-to-Order' or 'Pre-Order' items, please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page, which generally range from 8 to 12 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Can your boots be resoled?
Absolutely. All Truman boots utilize stitchdown or Goodyear welt construction, which allows them to be resoled multiple times by a skilled cobbler, ensuring your boots last for years.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine boots within 30 days of delivery. Boots must be in their original packaging and show no signs of outdoor wear or creasing. A restocking fee may apply.
How should I care for the leather on my boots?
We recommend regular brushing with a horsehair brush to remove dust and dirt. Depending on the leather type, use a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months to keep the hide hydrated and supple.
